Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any food items
Personalised items - once an order is placed for a personalised item, you can cancel within 1 hour free of charge. If cancelling after this time, there will be a 50% charge.
If a package if deemed "lost" by Royal Mail, a refund will be given. Please note this may take up to 30 days.
We do not take responsibility for items delivered late by postal services.
Please note, sweets/chocolates in shapes, numbers and initials may move around during transit - we do not accept responsibility for this and refunds will not be given.
FREE DELIVERY on orders over £35 applies to packages under 2kg in weight.
