Plus, free delivery on all orders over £35 applies to packages under 2kg in weight.All UK orders are tracked, and you will receive the tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Tracked48 orders arrive within 2-3 working days, but please do allow for any potential Royal Mail delays.

Be aware that products may contain traces of peanuts and nuts and therefore cannot be guaranteed nut free. Please do get in touch if you have any questions about specific products and we can check these out for you.
All orders are dispatched within two working days. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. You will receive an email once your treats are on their way, so you know when to expect them!
If you need your pick & mix urgently, please do choose Tracked24 as the delivery method and the order will be processed with priority.
Yes, you can, most products allow for personalised notes and stickers. Please get in touch if you need a message attached.
We don't send any receipts or invoices inside the box, so you are free to send our treats directly to the recipient. The note card inside the box contains best before information and the ingredient list. You also have the choice to send a gift note if you wish.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any food items
Personalised items - once an order is placed for a personalised item, you can cancel within 1 hour free of charge. If cancelling after this time, there will be a 50% charge.
If a package if deemed "lost" by Royal Mail, a refund will be given. Please note this may take up to 30 days.
We do not take responsibility for items delivered late by postal services.
Please note, sweets/chocolates in shapes, numbers and initials may move around during transit - we do not accept responsibility for this and refunds will not be given.
